疫情下送溫暖 法國志願者踩單車幫老人購物
該志願援助服務由里昂「自行車之城」（La Ville à Vélo）協會提出，於4月6日正式在里昂執行。據悉該創意是效仿安娜自行車協會（Annecyclo）。自行車志願者免費將食品、藥物等生活必須品運送到需要幫助的人家門口。 里昂自行車之城協會創辦人尼古拉斯·弗拉西（Nicolas Frasie）表示，從4月6日起，已有160名志願者在互助購物平台（Coursiers solidaires）上註冊，志願者們對這項援助積極支持。 因為孤寡老年人及身體虛弱的人大多不會上網，為了讓該援助能夠更好的執行，弗拉西號召人們將此消息口耳相傳，或是在商業中心等信息流通迅速的地方張貼布告，讓更多的人知道消息，從而讓更多的老人能夠獲得幫助。 協會開通了預約熱綫（0478775212），預約時間為週一至週六9點至18點。預約購物後，將有居住在附近的自行車志願者主動聯繫對方。 求援者也可以直接通過互動地圖來聯繫自行車志願者。互動地圖顯示了參與該援助活動的志願者區域分布，求援者可以點擊自家附近的自行車圖標，圖的左側就會顯示出志願者的名字、手機號碼以及每天可以提供援助的時間。 協會還希望把服務發展到里昂周邊的居民區，目前在里昂市和維勒班（Villeurbanne）已經有不少志願者註冊了，特別是那些遠離商業區的地方，那裡的老人最需要幫助。 弗拉西強調，為了預防志願者與求援者之間的病毒傳染，協會採取了一些安全保護措施，嚴格執行人與人之間保持1.5米的距離，建議受援者以支票付款，避免病毒通過現金傳播。此外，協會還給志願者提供護士常識培訓，已有60名志願者接受預防病毒傳染方面的遠程培訓。 責任編輯：孫平 / 資料來源：大紀元
